When the Law of Attraction kicks into gear it really can move fast by putting the right people or events at the right time in your path. But,… and here is the big ‘But’ you need to act on the impulses or hunches you feel when you get them.

One sure way to do this is to do something today before the sun goes down. If it means something simple like going for a walk in the neighbourhood where you want to buy that new house, sit in that new car or get a brochure on that holiday. It might just be a simple phone call.
Key here is not to be lazy and expect everything to come to you. Go out and have some fun.

2. iTunes Playlist:

Every good movie has some good music that dramatizes the emotional feel of the story the director is telling. Think of your favourite movie and then think what song is linked to it. There is always music…
Be a movie director and a make a playlist of songs for your iPod that you would use to make a movie. Have fun choosing songs that give you personally the emotional feeling of what you are attracting into your life. Play it in the car, while you walk, run or are having a quiet coffee better still while Visualizing:
Getting a new car is exciting.
Sitting in a quiet room meditating is not, that is more like waiting at the doctors.
Do whatever it takes for you to feel what you would feel see what you would see. The wind in your hair, being handed the keys, music playing, heads turning and taking friends and family for a drive.
What song would match this? Make a play-list of songs that match it.
The more emotions you feel the higher the vibration. Have fun…

3. Letter: Write it out
Try writing it out. Write a letter as if to a close friend as if you already have what you’re attracting right here now and are telling your friend all about it. Write ‘I am so happy now that I have this amazing new’ ….. Pour your heart into the pages and let it flow from your pen.
Feel the emotions describe all the details… and remember the more emotions the higher the vibration.

4. Visualize:
Visualization is a technique which uses mental images and positive thinking to achieve goals.
Everyone can do this. You can start by practising this simple exercise – close your eyes and imagine arriving home, see the front door and see it opening. What colour is the door? Is it night or day time? What is in your hands?
Set aside a time and place. It’s better if you can do it at the same time every day. Repetition is the mother of skill. But also know when to stop… (See ‘Mix and Match’ below).
Here are four basic rules to using Visualization.
1. See yourself and not anyone else achieving. This is your goal you need to be in it.
2. See all imagery as in now. As if you already have succeeded and are enjoying your goal now. See The Time is Now
3. To feel the energy, the emotion. See what you would see, feel what you would feel. The more you feel it the stronger and more powerful the vibration to your subconscious.
4. Repeat this as often as you can. Try the same time each day.

5. Read:
Read books, get brochures or better still go to the library and get books.

Libraries are amazing; they are full of information in DVD, written and audio form. It has never been easier most libraries are online these days and the database is there waiting for you to stroll through and get ordering. They even email you when the books are ready or due back. Brilliant!
Leave them around your house or office. Read them on the bus or any spare passing moment. Fill the subconscious with all the information you can.
Remember the subconscious does not forget anything as everything is recorded whether you are aware of it or not.

6. Listen: Be still and be in the moment and listen to what the subconscious is telling you. Find the time in your busy day.
How do you expect to hear from your subconscious if you do not allow it time to speak? We all know people that seem to do all the talking and to never listen. In this case it is the conscious mind.
Find time to be alone with your thoughts and subconscious in your day. The best results come from having the same time every day. Even if it is just 5 minutes a day, 15 to 30 minutes would be better. Twice or three times a day even better etc.
Remove yourself from your desk, work and distractions. Change your state so you can slow down and spend time in the quiet.
We all find time every day to brush our teeth, eat breakfast, put on the right clothes, facebook or to have a coffee with friends. So why not allow time for your essential partner your subconscious.

7.Gratitude:
When you feel down or have taken a set-back in life it is the best time to use gratitude. “Use Gratitude when it seems that all other options aren’t working” Bob Proctor
Make it a game. Think of 10 things you are grateful for in your life as you name each one go into detail of why in means to much to. By the time you are at 10 you will be in a very positive state.

Even in the midst of the most difficult situation there is always something in your life to be grateful for. Even the simple fact that you are alive and that you live in this amazing time in history. The luxuries we have in life today are far better than even kings and queens had a century ago.
It is impossible to be sad to have any negative feeling when you are grateful. It is like night and day, black and white. It is the exact opposite end of the scale.

8. Mix and match:
Just like you know food you love, music you love. We are all different but we are all guided by our feelings to what is better for us. If you are not feeling it then change the technique to something you do get something out of.
This last one is the most important to me. The basic rule to the law of attraction is 'What you think about most of the time is what you will get more of'. But we now know that it is more about the feelings and emotions of what you are thinking about that gives to the real power.
If this is true and it is. That you do get more power from imprinting thoughts well mixed with emotions to the subconscious. Then it makes perfect sense to try to maintain this emotional charged state.
eg: Why try to visualize when you are not emotionally feeling it. It would a better idea to do something that you are getting feelings and emotions.
This is a bit of a juggling act. It helps to try mix and match the techniques listed above to try and stay in that zone where you are feeling that of emotionally charged power. Sounds simple enough but there are plenty of people out there using a technique that is not working for them but they insist in persevering.
Your feelings and emotions will help to guide you. You will know because you will feel it.
