The idea behind creating this blog www.themindwhisperer.net is to help understand how our mind works.


How your mind sees yourself and how you see your mind. Most of all it is how to get your mind working with you and for you rather than against you.

Have you ever noticed that you are always thinking?
Everything you do in your day to day life starts with a thought.


Even just to get out of bed in the morning starts with a thought. Making a coffee, going for a walk, getting the paper, it all starts with a thought.

Even when you try to stop thinking your mind still chats away and often it has you worrying about pointless or self-defecting things.

Most of us go through life not thinking about what we are thinking. We seem to live in a day to day numbness. Although we don’t really choose too we just seem to do it by default
You are a mind whisperer!
You can turn sadness into happiness, emptiness in fullness, pain into pleasure. You can turn sickness into health, anger and rage in to a relaxed calmness. You can do all this. Yes, all of it.
It is just that most of us choose not to by default.
We get caught up in the day to day thickness of thin things. A little like robots programmed and conformed into a numbness style of living.
