Helping to reach the subconscious

The goal here is to get your subconscious to stand up and take notice.
There are two main ways to do this.

A) Repetition:
Your subconscious takes notice of things you repeat over and over.

B) By emotion with repetition
Thoughts that have been planted over and over with plenty of emotions and feelings will get far better results.
This really grabs the attention of the subconscious and imprints.

In short, the more you emotionally charge your thoughts the better.

You can use a number of techniques to do this from affirmations to visualizing.

It is worth pointing out that advertising companies use this emotion with repetition to make billions. If they can do it so can we. We can reprogram ourselves to think positively by creating our own ADVERTS.

You have to script adverts that your subconscious will find irresistible and you need to recreate with new campaigns so we don't get bored.

Mix and Match:
If you do get more power from imprinting thoughts well mixed with emotions to the subconscious. Then it makes perfect sense to try to maintain this emotional charged state.


This is a bit of a juggling act as you grow use to the techniques you are using. It helps to try mix and match the techniques to try and stay in that zone where you are feeling that of emotionally charged power. Like recreating a new personal advertising campaign to get you back to that state.

Also, just because you see it working in somebody else’s life does not mean it will work the same for you. If you have a friend that got success in using a visualising, this does not mean it will work the same for you.

Because we are all different we like different foods, music, movies and sports. One person may love strawberries and next person may not.
If your favourite food is strawberries and if you eat them everyday for all your meals you will soon lose the strong emotional attachment to them. We need to mix and match the techniques to stay in the emotionally charged state.

Sounds simple enough but there are plenty of people out there using a technique that is not working for them but they insist in persevering.


How do I know what technique is right for me?
Your feelings and emotions will help to guide you.
You will know because you will feel it.

Just like you know food you love, music you love.
We are all different but we are all guided by our feelings to what is better for us.

If you are not feeling it then change the technique to something you do get something out of. Mix and match.


Find Time:
To make all this work you must find the time in your busy day.

Find time to be alone with your thoughts and subconscious in your day. The best results come from having the same time everyday.
Even if it is just 5 minutes a day, 15 to 30 minutes would be better. Twice or three times a day even better etc.


Remove yourself from your desk and work. Change your state so you can slow down and spend time in the quiet.

How do you expect to hear from your subconscious if you do not allow it time to speak. We all know people that seem to do all the talking and seeming to never listen. In this case it is the conscious mind.

We all find time everyday to brush our teeth, eat breakfast, put on the right clothes, facebook or to have a coffee with friends. So why not allow time for your essential partner your subconscious.

Because after all this is where all your inspirations, hopes and dreams come from. The root of all true happiness.
